Maintenance Technician

• Inspections & Diagnostics: Regularly check buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for issues.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Fix broken fixtures, faulty wiring, damaged structures, and malfunctioning machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement schedules for routine upkeep (filter changes, system checks) to prevent breakdowns.
• Work Order Management: Respond to and complete assigned maintenance requests efficiently.
• Documentation: Keep records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service logs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
