Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

1) Monitor services provided by the department to various places.

2) Handling all kind of Electrical repairing work.

3) Monitoring and cleaning of Water related aspects – BMC water tank and Bore well water.

4) Coordinating with outsources facilities for Water Quality Tests, Oxygen Calibration, B-Type Calibration, Outlet leakage, Oxygen bottle + vaccum.

5) Monitoring and checking of D.G. and Diesel on a daily basis.

6) Handling all Plumbing repairing work

7) Handling all Carpenter related repairing work

8) Coordinating with Vendor for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at regular Intervals.

i. Fire Detector with Fire panel.

ii. Aquaguard

iii. Air Conditioner

iv. Air Compressor / Vaccum pump

v. Hospital Lift

9) Coordinating for NON- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) servicing.

10) Monitoring the contract services of :

i. UPS

ii. AC plant

iii. STP plant

11) Taking daily rounds and checking:

i. Telephone

ii. Freezer

iii. L.T. D.B

iv. Bed without remote (Manual operated Beds)

12) Checking the Fire extinguishers expiry date on monthly basis.

13) Refilling the Fire extinguisher.

14) To check and coordinate for Net working across hospital campus.

15) To coordinate for concealing work – Inside and Outside.

16) All work prescribed the management time to time as per the exigencies like arrangement of materials.

17) Following the hierarchy policy as per the organogram and working as per the same.
