Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairing, servicing, and general maintenance activities in coordination with the Maintenance Engineer. The role involves handling daily maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting engineering activities to ensure smooth operations of the plant, machinery, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairing work on equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Assist the Maintenance Engineer in planned and breakdown maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues
• Carry out welding, fabrication, plumbing, fitting, and other repair tasks when required
• Maintain tools, spares, and maintenance work areas in proper condition
• Support installation and commissioning of machines and equipment
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company guidelines
• Report daily maintenance activity updates to the engineer/HOD
• Help maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records
• Coordinate with vendors when required under the engineer's supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, pumps, machine servicing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Teamwork and ability to work under an engineer's guidance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
