Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are a leading residential property management company with properties located in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. We provide maintenance and repair services to our managed properties and are dedicated to providing high-quality housing and responsive service to our residents.

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and improvements across a portfolio of residential properties. This role ensures all homes and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive living experience for residents and efficient property operations.

Duties

• Maintenance - Perform general maintenance and residential repairs, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and minor construction
• Installation - Install flooring, trim, plumbing, lights/fixtures, blinds, appliances, and more.
• Painting - Repair and paint doors, walls, ceilings, trim, exterior walls and other parts of residential properties
• Cleaning - Clean up and maintain work sites in the properties we manage
• This position provides an opportunity for bonuses and promotions

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not necessary but would be welcomed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay focused on a task for several hours and deliver quality work
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools, along with sound decision-making
• Well-organized and able to prioritize and keep track of time and expenses
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or work on your feet for extended periods
