Maintenance Technician

DPlast is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 24-hour plastic manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in injection moulding machinery and industrial utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Injection Moulding machines
• Maintain and repair industrial chillers and air compressors
• Carry out electrical fault finding and repairs
• Perform basic industrial plumbing work
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
• Ensure safe operation of all machinery and utilities
• Support production team during breakdowns (24-hour shift environment)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastic injection moulding maintenance (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of chillers and compressor systems
• Good understanding of electrical systems and control panels
• Experience with industrial plumbing systems
• Ability to work in shift rotation
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred

Experience is a must – applicants without relevant industrial maintenance background will not be considered.

Salary & Benefits:
