Maintenance Technician

Education: ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or Electrical (preferred)

Experience: 0 - 4 Years

Location : Trichy

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing work such as fixing leaks, pipelines, taps, toilets, and water systems
• Handle basic electrical work including wiring, switches, lights, fans, and minor repairs
• Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Drive company vehicle for work-related duties, site visits, and material pickup
• Ensure safety standards are followed during all work
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work records
• Support maintenance work at different locations/branches as required

Skills Required

• Knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• Safe driving skills and knowledge of traffic rules
• Time management and reliability
• Willingness to travel to different sites

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or Electrical (preferred)
• Valid driving license (mandatory)

Experience

• 2–5 years relevant work experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
