Maintenance Technician

Qulaification:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / HVAC

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Centre or healthcare facility experience will be preferred.

Job Summary

Sukino Health Care Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Calicut, is hiring skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of centre infrastructure and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC maintenance within a centre or commercial facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of centre facilities and equipment
• Attend to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-related breakdowns promptly
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of power supply, lighting, water systems, and air-conditioning
• Maintain generators, UPS, lifts, and other utility systems (as applicable)
• Follow centre safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC-related works
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records
• Support emergency maintenance requirements on a shift or on-call basis
• Ensure compliance with infection control and centre safety protocols
