Maintenance Technician

Responsible for preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and utilities to ensure uninterrupted production and improved machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, Lathe, VMC, Injection Moulding or plant machinery

• Diagnose faults and ensure minimum downtime

• Maintain maintenance logs and reports

• Implement TPM practices

Electrical & Utility Maintenance

• Maintain electrical panels, motors, compressors, DG sets

• Monitor utilities (Air compressor, Chiller, UPS, Transformer, etc.)

• Ensure safe electrical practices

Spare & Inventory Management

• Maintain critical spares inventory

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs & procurement

• AMC coordination

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards

• Conduct routine safety inspections

• Support statutory inspections (Electrical, Pollution, etc.)

Skills Required

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems

• Ability to handle shift operations

• Basic knowledge of PLC (added advantage)

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE

Experience:

3–7 Years (Manufacturing / Industrial Setup Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,695.35 - ₹31,111.86 per month
