Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Technician located in Hales Corners, WI. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. Day-to-day tasks include completing scheduled maintenance, addressing urgent repair requests, and maintaining a safe and functional environment. The role may involve using various tools, responding to service calls, and working collaboratively to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance
• Skills in Troubleshooting and solving mechanical or technical issues
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of buildings, equipment, and other related systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred
