Maintenance Technician
Performance Expectations
The Maintenance Technician’s will be responsible for various degrees of support for all branches and plant for equipment installation. Maintain production equipment to the industry standard or higher, including tooling changeovers, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems.

- Participate and receive the required amount of monthly training per Team Member.
Expectations for your Role
- Operating rhythm.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment, leaving it all in better condition than found.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Use precision measuring tools and perform basis machinist duties and responsibilities for maintaining equipment tooling needs.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, basic electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Use Welder and torch to fabricate parts to support company’s needs.
- Perform most building maintenance functions, from construction to repairs.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other types of equipment.
- Be on call as scheduled and overtime as needed, while also responding to calls while on site within the 5-minute window and avoiding callbacks if/when possible.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations with proper supervision.
- Work as a team to keep up with our Limble’s inventories, WO’s- for time, parts, comments, and completion and close in an accurate and timely manner.
- Safety & Security.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Work from heights as job requires with harness.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, tape measure, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties while leaving them clean and in good working condition once finished.
- Carry out your daily task in a safe manner to protect yourself and others. Questioning attitude about hazards, on what could go wrong. Using LOTO standards of one lock on equipment per worker, working on a machine.
Role Requirements

- Working knowledge of welding and fabrication.
- Able to stand, stretch, bend, kneel and sit for long periods of time.
- Able to use a variety of hand and power tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- 21 years old for driving purposes.
- Welding Certifications (preferred).
- Mechanical Certifications (preferred).
Pay: $25.00 - $28.94 per hour
