Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of all hotel facilities and equipment, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across the property
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Repair or replace defective components as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with:
• HVAC systems and PTAC units
• Plumbing and electrical work
• Swimming pool maintenance
• Painting, sheetrock/drywall work, and flooring
• Basic welding skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service mindset with a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities

• Salary: $16 – $20 per hour
