Maintenance Technician

Fore Property Company a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Beautiful Class A Luxury apartment Community in Ocoee, FL.

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, any other duties assigned from business manager and supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous multifamily maintenance experience required.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
• Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical.
• Must operate specialized tools.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly.
• Valid Driver’s License and own tools.
