It offers a variety of senior lifestyle options including assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc. as directed, in accordance with established procedures.

Address work orders properly and promptly.

Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc. as necessary or directed.

Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and entrances to facility

Perform/document unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed Service heating and cooling units/systems, generators as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures

Replace burned out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc. and perform cleaning duties wherever necessary.

Carry radio at all times on duty and ensure appropriate channel lock and volume

Provide transportation to residents on scheduled outings and appointments

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have electrical certification, Universal HVAC certification

Valid driver’s license

2-3 Experience in building maintenance

Preferable Long Term Care or Hospital Setting 3-5 years of experience as an electrician or HVAC technician Energetic

Professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Customer Service skills Team player Compassionate understanding of eldercare
