Join a fun staff that works as a team. We are currently looking for a part-time maintenance technician at Village Place Apartments, a 55+ community in Buffalo, MN. The position is Monday &ndash; Friday, 15-20 Hours Per Week, with rotating on-call.</div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:</b> (but not limited to)</div><ul><li>
Plumbing</li><li>
Appliance repairs</li><li>
Heating and A/C repairs</li><li>
Turnaround maintenance</li><li>
Preventative maintenance</li><li>
Lock changes</li><li>
Minor electrical repairs</li><li>
Shoveling/Salting in winter as needed</li><li>
Additional responsibilities as directed</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:</b></div><p>
Minimum 1 year of experience required</p><p><b>
Pay:</b> $25.00 - $28.00 per hour</p><p><b>
