Maintenance Technician

<Job Overview>

Looking for motivated and empowered maintenance tech (Handyman)

<Duties>

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet malfunctions, and general house keeping.
Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems including faulty outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring.

Perform basic carpentry repairs like door and cabinet replacements, drywall patching, and trim work.

Crawl in small and tight spaces
Address appliance malfunctions.

Perform routine checks on exterior building components like windows, doors, and siding.
Maintain landscaping.
Monitor and replace worn-out parts to prevent future breakdowns.
Resident Service Requests:
Promptly respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders.

Candidate must be able to independently lift up to 100 pound and up to 250 pound with assistance.

Commitment to providing timely and quality service to residents.

May require on-call availability for emergency repairs

<Skills>

• Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
• Comfortable with manual labor, lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined
• Ability to use computer and telephone to perform responsibility.
• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
