Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Tyvola Centre Apartment Homes in Charlotte, NC. The Maintenance Technician will take a lead role in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive upkeep, and repairs to ensure the functionality and safety of the property. Daily tasks include responding to work orders, conducting routine inspections, resolving maintenance issues, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain exceptional living conditions for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issues
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of residential and apartment facilities
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices and standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance certifications are a plus
