ATA Management Group is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing:
• Heating & air conditioning systems (HVAC)
• Electrical
• Appliances
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Assisting with preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Ensuring work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification a plus (not required)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide excellent service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
