Job Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
• Complete resident service requests and emergency on-call duties
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
  
  

Requirements

• HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred
• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and walk property regularly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule: Full-time with on-call rotation
