Maintenance Technician

Facilities and Maintenance Technician Full Time

Resort Management Group is seeking full-time skilled/unskilled maintenance techs that enjoy working on a variety of tasks and projects on properties throughout the county. Must reside in Grand County, CO, pass background check, and have a clean driving record, paid personal leave days, time and ½ on major holidays, flexible schedule. Swing/evening shift available.

Pay: make up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience, skill level, contribution, attitude, and work ethic.

Work Location: Winter Park/Granby

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Service in-unit hot tubs and various in-unit guest requests and tasks as assigned
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform various landscaping tasks as assigned
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. snow and ice mitigation, landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Skills

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
