Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a student housing project in Downtown San Jose. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in basic maintenace work, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on residential units.
• Wall and drywall repair.
• Assist in residential painting tasks as required to maintain property aesthetics.
• Light maintenance on household appliances.

Experience

• 1 year in multifamily housing preferred.
• Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
