Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct routine inspections of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment to identify potential problems early.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues efficiently using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Lead small maintenance projects or team efforts when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
• Assist in construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration principles.
• Experience with equipment repair in construction or facility maintenance environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide team members or oversee small projects.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
