Maintenance Technician

Denver Metro Village is a recently renovated 210-unit, 18 story high rise building for Seniors 62+. We are an affordable housing community with a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a thorough and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance tasks include apartment make-ready, common area and facility care, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. At Denver Metro Village we emphasize service-oriented, preventive maintenance.

Skills

• Experience in facility maintenance and repairs
• Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping
• Experience in apartment operations and unit turnover
• Willingness to accept a variety of tasks and work on a small team
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, up to 50lbs.
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance
