Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled 1st Shift Plastic Mold Injection Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a productive environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine inspections. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to support our operational excellence.
Duties
- Trouble shooting and repair of Injection Molding Machines and related support equipment such as dryers and chillers etc.
- Perform Monthly Preventative Maintenance on all assets
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accurate tracking and reporting using our ERP system PM module.
- Lead / coordinate with contractors during construction or major repair projects to ensure safety standards and quality control.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA.
- Lead / assist in the installation of new equipment or systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems, following technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a strong background in the following brands of equipment (not all are mandatory but preferred): Chen Hsong, Arburg, Bole, Calypso, Haitian, JSW, Negri Bossi, Toshiba, Toyo or Ube
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance & appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or related fields.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints accurately.
- Hands-on experience in equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with construction processes and safety protocols related to building maintenance projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail in diagnosing issues swiftly.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to this position are preferred but not mandatory; relevant training is highly valued.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:
