Job Summary
We’re hiring a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to complete work orders, perform home repairs, support grounds upkeep, and assist with seasonal community maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, day-to-day problem solving and takes pride in keeping a community safe and well-maintained.

Duties

• Complete daily maintenance work orders (routine + urgent repairs)
• Perform general home maintenance: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Support grounds upkeep: planting, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
• Communicate clearly with teammates and residents; provide status updates on work orders
• Follow safety practices and keep tools/materials organized

Position Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others

Experience

• Landscaping: planting, gardening, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing, snow removal
• Hardscaping: concrete, stone, asphalt
• Home maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
