Maintenance Technician
Hourly Position - $17.02/HR
Must be flexible to work Days, Swings, and Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
PURPOSE:
Under the directions of the Facilities Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the general upkeep and repair of all Naskila Casino property.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE:
This position directly supervises:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform routine and unplanned maintenance on all Naskila Casino property.

Work in conjunction with other departments as needed.

Maintain equipment.

Keep work areas clean and safe.

Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Six (6) months related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
-
General knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with guests, Team Members, Executive Management, vendors, and contractors.

Ability to read, write, follow, and understand safety information, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
PREFERRED:
Education and Experience:

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies.

Must successfully complete an Introductory Period.

Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.

Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies.

Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable.

Practice good personal hygiene.

Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
