Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for hotel apartments in Dubai. The candidate should have experience in maintenance and be able to communicate in English. Arabic speakers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance

Handle daily maintenance tasks and urgent repairs

Respond to guest requests efficiently

Conduct routine inspections of apartments

Ensure all equipment is working properly

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

Previous experience in hotel apartments or hotels is a plus

Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems

Must speak and understand English

Arabic language is a plus (preferred)

Ability to work under pressure
