Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to oversee all maintenance operations across our property portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to facilities management. You will coordinate maintenance activities, and implement strategies to optimize property performance, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Lawn Care and Winter Plowing and Sanding
• Living Soil Production, bagging and order fullfillment
• Manage equipment, trucks and industrial machinery to maximize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate projects with CEO, pick up and deliver materials and assist in facility care
• Assisting contractors with building renovations
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues related to electrical, mechanical, or structural components; prioritize repairs accordingly.
• Trash collection from multiple properties

• Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments.
• Understanding of small engine repair, truck maintenance and upkeep
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English with effective communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities with supervising experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making.
• Familiarity with safety standards

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
