Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to oversee all maintenance operations across our property portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to facilities management. You will coordinate maintenance activities, and implement strategies to optimize property performance, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Lawn Care and Winter Plowing and Sanding
- Living Soil Production, bagging and order fullfillment
- Manage equipment, trucks and industrial machinery to maximize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate projects with CEO, pick up and deliver materials and assist in facility care
- Assisting contractors with building renovations
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues related to electrical, mechanical, or structural components; prioritize repairs accordingly.

- Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments.
- Understanding of small engine repair, truck maintenance and upkeep
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in English with effective communication skills
- Proven leadership capabilities with supervising experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making.
- Familiarity with safety standards
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
