Maintenance Technician – Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Madison

Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Madison is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping our hotel in top condition for our guests and team members.

While responding to maintenance requests is important, the primary focus of this position is preventative maintenance. We are looking for someone who understands that the best repairs are the ones that never become emergencies. From guest rooms and public spaces to equipment and building systems, you'll play a key role in identifying issues early and helping ensure our property remains safe, functional, and guest-ready every day.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance experience (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
