Maintenance Technician

Residential Cooperative housing seeking a full time Maintenance technician looking for a place to be appreciated.

Applicants should have extensive experience with housing maintenance or similar experience. Carpentry, minor electrical and HVAC repair prefered for this position. Knowledgeable in REAC inspections mandatory.

Candidates must be knowledgeable in all phases of Maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and carpentry. Responsibilities will also include make readies and preventative maintenance. Snow removal is mandatory.

Applicants will need to be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with member, co-workers and vendors on the property.

Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Fridays with a on-call schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
