Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Raco Properties (Meridian, MS)

Raco Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support several apartment communities here in Meridian. We’re looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to be part of a growing local company.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders across multiple properties
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Maintain common areas and exterior grounds
• Communicate professionally with residents and management
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• HVAC experience or EPA certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
