Maintenance Technician

UHM Properties is seeking a Full-Time, experienced Technician to join our growing MaintenanceTeam. All applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance field and be proficient in carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, plumbing, and basic electrical. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the completion of work orders, preventative maintenance assignments, and apartment preparation. Technicians are also required to provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis. They must have a valid Driver’s License, transportation, necessary tools, and equipment.
