Maintenance Technician

Full-time Maintenance Technician (25-32 hours a week) needed to maintain apartment community. Must work as a team alongside the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager to assure quality standards are met. Will handle day-to-day maintenance by answering resident's requests for service, performing preventative maintenance and preparing vacant units for re-rental. Will also be responsible for keeping the grounds and common areas clean and neat. Must maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, owners and co-workers. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Great working environment!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
