Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Multifamily Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on our multifamily properties. Newark Ohio is the technician's main community for day to day operations, and on call every 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and buildings.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Rotating on call service required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required
