Maintenance Technician

We are a property management company seeking a skilled maintenance technician who has knowledge of basic plumbing, electric, HVAC certified and general maintenance.

The property has roughly 700 units and is a rental community. Technician will be responsible for responding to work orders, preparing apartments for move ins, and general maintenance work around the property.

We are primarily looking for an HVAC certified technician.

Technician will be working Monday-Friday, with a rotating on call schedule.

Compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
