We are adding Car Wash Maintenance technician to our team!!

Core Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance
  • Daily inspections of conveyors, brushes, blowers, vacuums, and pumps.
  • Lubrication of moving parts.
  • Monitoring water treatment/recycling systems.
  • Checking chemical levels and proper mixing ratios.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting
  • Responding to equipment failures (motors, belts, rollers, sensors).
  • Repairing leaks in high-pressure systems.
  • Electrical/PLC troubleshooting.
• Facility Upkeep
  • Lighting, plumbing, HVAC for customer areas and employee spaces.
  • Maintaining vacuums and detail equipment.
  • Groundskeeping to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Vendor & Parts Management
  • Keeping spare parts inventory (belts, bearings, motors, sensors, relays).
  • Coordinating with outside vendors for specialized repairs.

Common Maintenance Needs

• Conveyor chain and rollers (wear and alignment).
• Hydraulic leaks and pump failures.
• Motor and gearbox replacements.
• Blower bearings and fan belts.
• High-pressure pumps and nozzles clogging.
• Sensors (photo eyes, proximity switches, safety stops).
• Water reclaim and filtration system maintenance.
• Chemical injector clogs and calibration.
• Vacuum clogs, hoses, and suction motors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a car wash facility preferred
• Able to clear background checks and drug test
