Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Kitchen Equipment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment across Popeyes outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with commercial kitchen machinery and possess their own vehicle for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on all kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units, and other appliances.
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with store management and the operations team to schedule maintenance visits and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and complies with company and food safety standards.
• Liaise with suppliers or vendors for spare parts procurement when necessary.
• Provide on-site technical support during new store setups and equipment installations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance requests efficiently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Flexibility to travel across different outlets within the UAE.
