We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle general apartment and facilities maintenance for several small, well-maintained buildings located close together in the Hartford area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours, steady work, and minimal travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and routine maintenance repairs
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
• Maintain apartments and common areas in safe, working condition
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in general apartment or facilities maintenance
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (properties are close together)
• Own basic hand tools
• Cell phone for communication
• Clean background check
