Maintenance Technician - Apartments (RAL)

Property Management company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician in Columbus, GA . We are looking for motivated, quick learners with a positive attitude to join our team.

Expectations:

• Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.)
• Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks
• Dealing with incoming work requests
• Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors
• Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with
• Abiding by different safety measures and policies

Requirements:

• 2 years of maintenance tech experience in the multi-family industry
• HVAC certification and experience is required.
• Timely complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner
• Great customer service skills
