Maintenance Technician Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment. The role involves assisting technicians, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery or tools.
• Support with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks as directed.
• Monitor and report any malfunctions, safety hazards, or irregularities to senior staff.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area in a clean and organized condition.
• Help with inventory management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all repair and maintenance activities.
• Provide general assistance for emergency repairs when required.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure proper reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
