Maintenance Technician - Coast Fitness

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our fitness equipment, building systems, and facility spaces. This role is essential to keeping our members happy and our operations running smoothly.

 Perform daily inspections and maintenance of fitness equipment, locker rooms, and facility

systems

 Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

 Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management

 Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical rooms, storage areas, and workspaces

 Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

 Assist with vendor coordination for larger repairs or installations

 Track maintenance logs and report recurring issues to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
