Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Plumbing Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with strong experience in both electrical and plumbing systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of all electrical and plumbing systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and breakdowns in a timely manner
• Carry out plumbing repairs including pipes, leaks, drainage systems, and installations
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
• Support general maintenance tasks when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of safety procedures
• Basic English communication preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality or commercial facilities
• Multi-skilled technician (electrical + plumbing + general maintenance)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per hour
