Maintenance Technician (Electrical Systems Repair Technician) – Level II

$3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 at start and $1,500 after completion of 6 months).

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical Systems Repair Technician) – Level II at our Monaca Operations in Monaca, PA. This position is a core component of our maintenance team and requires a trained and experienced individual to help continue our success.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for electrical systems repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational efficiency across plant equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience OR an Associate’s Degree in electrical or mechanical related curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing or plant setting preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
