Maintenance Technician- Facilities and Injection Molding

From the initial concept of a product to its finished form, we control all aspects of the design, production, and quality in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in beautiful Lodi, California. Our products are used in labs in all the major global markets via our well-established distributor network.

Position Summary: Assist in repair, installation, extraction, and refurbishment of equipment, fixtures, and machinery. Repairs on building and grounds as necessary.

Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour dependent on experience & skills.

Essential Job Duties

1. Troubleshoots and repair machines, motors, pumps, grinders, plumbing, mechanical seals, bearings, lights, basic HVAC, and packaging equipment.

2. Repairs on building and grounds.

3. Maintain a willing attitude to go outside your job description to get whatever job done that needs to get done.

4. Work safely, wear appropriate PPE, LOTO, use all safety guards, and understand electrical schematics and construction prints.

5. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, work orders, order supplies, use CMMS for PMs and Microsoft Office.

Experience, Skills and Education

• High school diploma or GED required, trade school certification a plus

1. Must be able to repair machinery, motors, pumps, conveyors

2. Electrical experience working with panels, wiring, bending and running conduit, using multimeter, LOTO, understand electrical schematics and construction prints.

3. Plumbing capabilities for industrial applications, including cutting, threading, gluing, and running PVC pipe.

4. Must be able to use hand and power tools. Ability to weld and cut with a torch is a bonus.

5. Experience with forklifts, scissor and boom lifts and proper safety.

6. Problem solving skills. Attention to detail.

7. Be pro-active, self-motivated, and have good time-management skills.

8. Must be able to read, make accurate measurements, and write in English.

9. Computer experience with a CMMS and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
