Maintenance Technician – Food Production

About the Role
Join a fast-growing food production facility dedicated to quality and efficiency. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key member of the maintenance team, performing hands-on technical work to keep production lines running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on food production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including FDA and GMP requirements.
- Support production teams to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in food & beverage manufacturing or industrial production.
- Skilled in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC systems.
- Ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FDA, GMP) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus (HVAC, Electrical, PLC).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
