Maintenance Technician for HVAC Company

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem‑solving, and can confidently maintain and repair a variety of building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Troubleshoot equipment as issues arise
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition
• Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and general upkeep
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, repair, or technician experience (HVAC experience is a plus!)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• HVAC experience or certification
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
