Position Concept: The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires a versatile approach, with responsibilities spanning from building maintenance to equipment upkeep. Being self-sufficient is a necessity, as is a strong desire to learn and grow, continuously expanding one's knowledge and skill-set to better serve GreatLIFE Members and guests. Knowledge, Skills and Traits:

• 1 year of maintenance background in either facilities or other mechanical equipment preferred, but not required
• Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism
• Be able to work within a team
• Dedicated to improving your own skills and knowledge with a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Abiiity to climb a ladder
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
