Our team is committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on injection molding experience to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding machines and associated equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Maintain auxiliary equipment including thermolators, chillers, dryers, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Document all maintenance work, including repairs and preventive measures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with injection molding equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automation systems is a plus.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
