Maintenance Technician l - 2nd Shift

• Need PLC experience, Electrical, mechanical, experience with 3 phase motors and conveyance systems.

Description:This position will be responsible for sustaining production process equipment for all products within the facility. Process scope includes equipment, fixing, safety, quality and documentation.What will your day look like?

• To perform all work in a safe manner.
• To sustain all safety components on production process equipment.
• To troubleshoot and repair process equipment while minimizing downtime, ensuring quality products are produced safely with production standards met.
• To perform regular PM’s.
• To track equipment issues.
• To maintain organization of parts, tools and overall 5S of the maintenance shop.
• To support engineering, production and facility projects.
• To maintain the facility (including water, lighting, painting, electrical).
• To work required overtime.

QualificationsWhat will you bring to the table?

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of maintenance related experience

• Ability to read electrical, mechanical and pneumatic prints.

• Production-filling equipment
• Carton equipment
• Production-packaging equipment
• PLC’s, VFD’s and Servo’s

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
