Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled, motivated Level II Maintenance Technician with a valid CDL-A license to join our maintenance team. This mid-level role performs independent and team-based work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — and plays a key part in hauling equipment, moving dumpsters, and operating site machinery on job sites.
Duties
- Drive Class A commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and dumpsters to job sites
- Operate compact site equipment under direction of a Level III lead
- Perform independent plumbing work: water heaters, faucets, leak repairs, sewer clogs, PVC repairs, and new water/sewer lines (basement/short runs)
- Lead or support electrical tasks: breaker replacement, troubleshooting circuits, running conduit, panel work, motor/pump diagnosis
- Service and diagnose gas furnaces, oil furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers independently; assist with replacements on team
- Complete carpentry work: trim, doors, flooring, drywall, paint, cabinets
- Mentor and train Level I technicians; lead team tasks when assigned
- Follow all OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations including confined space protocols
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting with tools like ohmmeters; familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting for property upkeep.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions and documentation.
- Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership in team settings.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license — must be current and clean record
- EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification
- OSHA 10 – Construction
- High school diploma or GED plus 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Introduction to Building Codes (Construction) certification or ability to obtain
- Confined space certification (or ability to obtain before start)
- Proficiency with basic and advanced hand/power tools, multi-meter, and drain machine
Pay: $25.60 - $30.40 per hour
