Maintenance Technician (MEP & Civil Works)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dream Touch Building Maintenance & Contracting LLC.
The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and civil works such as painting, masonry, tiling, and minor renovation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across company projects.
• Carry out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance works.
• Execute civil maintenance tasks including painting, plastering, tile fixing, ceiling, partition, and masonry works.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Assist in site inspections and daily reporting of completed tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for materials and task updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or construction field.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and civil works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling site tasks.
• Valid UAE experience preferred.
